Christmas has come and gone and i cant wait till next yr already.
its been busy busy busy.
CHRISTMAS EVE
had work :( then got home and got ready to go to dinner at shimizu grand! so yum and soooo full! it was a farewell dinner for my bro cuz he was leaving for japan on boxing day. on the way home i had another laughing fit cuz my dad turned into a road that was completely dark hahah! i cried. then we got home and me and my bro watched the live action version of popeye the sailor man with robin williams. so funny...olive looks soooo much like olive! then i drove mal and me to church for midnight mass. sat outside with lard and i saw a falling star!! my 1st! it fell down onto the cross of the top of my church. symbolic! i forgot to make a wish. i was just so excited haha.
CHRISTMAS DAY
woke up and got ready for christmas lunch at kevs house. arrived and wowww so much food and soooo yum! and sooo full! after champers and eating and getting ang pao we played band hero. i want! so nice songs! then we went home and didnt eat dinner till 10pm cuz sooo full!
BOXING DAY
working everyday isnt as bad as i thought it would be. i guess cuz i had good crews on when i was working. the best day working would have to be boxing day (which i thought would be the worst).
i had an 8.30 start. got there and no1 was there! turned out we opened at 10. so for 30mins i just helped make sure all the registers had bags n receipt rolls, and helped the lesbo bitch put up tags for sale items.
then at 9 eric came! and we went to help this other bitch chuck out old boxes into the crusher and put stock back into their proper place. this sounds bad but it was actually fun cuz me and eric did everything super slow and inefficiently and just talked and laughed for like an hr while doing these lame things. and we got paid for it!
then people actually started showing up so we had to count money for the tills and me n eric ran and saved the furthest registers for us (cuz theyre the least busy ones) so we didnt have many customers and talked n stuff even more. so basically i only worked for 2hrs and got paid for 4hrs and it was fun.
but people are crazy over sales aye. people were already waiting outside when i got there at 8.30, and by the time we opened at 10...there was a whole crowd of people. the doors opened and RARRRRRR get outta my way! i saw that 1st! people were pushing small children to the floor. it was brutal.
well not really, but it was close to that. i would definitely liken it to a mini stampede. the sales werent even that good. all of us were just watching all these ppl like omg what is this?
After work that day i shopped around myer n stuff waiting for tim to arrive. saw jeral twice and jennie there, then tim finally came and he got jeans from yd and i bought him shoes from rebel sport. then we got groceries for the secret santa celebrations. went home and watched the michael jackson dangerous tour.
SECRET SANTA 1
After church and dinner, we got ready for secret santa at home for the leeming girls. jas brought fudge from margret river and chuppa chups and rach brought fruit!
we ate and played the friends game twice, then we played pictionary. it was the 1st time i played the friends game since i was like 9yrs old. it was fun. especially amanda with the length or girth question cuz to her "everybody knows i like lean meat". and also tim pretending to be a girl by tucking his thing in? hmm. and we all got really cool christmas presents! i got a wicked cup of chocolate! i lurve da cup its cute!
SECRET SANTA 2
yesterday tim came and after eating lunch and playing wii fit we had dads fried kweyteow for dinner, then got ready for secret santa at home for the cousins. serene brought mushroom voulevonts and brie cheese! and kev brought dipping sticks, someone brought celebrations and derrin brought freddos! it was pretty much a repeat of the previous nite cuz we played friends and pictionary too! but not the 18plus questions for the friends game cuz....theyre my cousins!
it was still hilarious nonetheless. then we opened our pressies. i got a guitar stand and guitar strings! it was perfect cuz the g string on my classical guitar snapped a few months ago and actually all the strings are so old they all need restringing. and i always wanted a guitar stand so yay! i also go stuff off lards harddrive! wee!
